I just rewatched Higglytown Heroes, and I noticed many things were wrong with it in general. For example, how did Eubie, Wayne, Twinkle, Kip, and Fran become Matryoshka nesting dolls? I just thought of this question, and I decided to find an answer.

Here's the theory. Eubie was 10, Wayne was 9, Twinkle was 8, Kip was 7, and Fran was 3 (which is actually an adult in Squirrel years). There was also a very big Matryoshka fan that was 31 years old. I won't say his name, but you can make up a name for him, and you can use it.
That Matryoshka fan worked for Playhouse Disney at the time, as he was a writer for Stanley. He, however, had a murderous side. To murder his victims, he would trap them into Matryoshka dolls until they would run out of air. All the characters that appear in the show were victims, and after they were killed, they'd be sent to purgatory (which is referred to as Higglytown in the show), where they would turn into Matryoshka dolls. Anyways, the only ones to survive were the main stars of the show. At the funeral of all the victims, the kids were the only mourners. It was so sad.
Well, at first glance. The Matryoshka fan had snuck to the funeral and had Fran hostage. That was the moment when the kids first met Fran.
They tried to save Fran, but eventually, they got trapped into the dolls, died, and got sent to purgatory. That is the end of the theory. Here's what happened after the theory: The man was fired from Playhouse Disney after people found out he murdered a lot of people. He was sentenced for 2 weeks on death row, and after his 2 weeks were up, he was executed by lethal injection. As for Higglytown/Purgatory, the show started. The victims got jobs and proceeded to make a song up called the Hero Song. The kids (and Fran) meet these people right after they get into trouble (for example, if they get lost in the snow, a police officer appears), so if you're not familiar with the show, now you are.
In 2008, when the show stopped production, Higglytown became abandoned. The show's cast slowly went to heaven, one by one. And not even one child noticed. By now, Higglytown should be a ghost town, due to the despair it's been through. Vose and sons serial number location.
So, that's the end of the entire theory. If Higglytown Heroes ever airs reruns, turn it off.
